ACCOMMODATION CONTRACT

HOUSE RULES

Absolutely no additional guesses, no companions, no cleaning help, no help person, etc. Reservation must be shown at the entrance of the premises. Only the correct number of reserved and previously identified guests should be allowed into the condo (the identification shown at the premises must match the reservation made through the different digital platforms). Children under 5 years old do not pay, from 5 years old children will count as a reservation and pay as a regular bet.

 

For each additional person not included in the reservation list, an additional charge of USD 50 per day per person will be included in the total bill. This additional charge will also apply to pets not included in the reservation.

The Guest acknowledges and agrees that parties are strictly prohibited on the rental premises. Failure to comply with this prohibition will result in a fine of $250 USD plus any damages incurred by this activity. All appliances are in working order and are inspected before and after each reservation to ensure that all guests have access to them. In the event of theft, loss or damage to any electrical appliance and its parts suitable for its operation,
The guest will be charged a specific amount depending on the item that was lost, damaged or stolen.

ANY VIOLATION OF ALL the above points already mentioned, which also includes the Lodging contract, will be penalized by Lucera Marquis BR SAS with AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF $80 USD plus the amount previously imposed. ABSOLUTELY NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS SPECIFIC RULE WILL BE PENALIZED WITH THE TOTAL SUBSIDY OF $2700 USD, FIRST OF ALL, COMMERCIAL SEXUAL EXPLOITATION OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS (ESCNNA) IN THE CONTEXT OF TRAVEL AND TOURISM IS A CONDUCT
WHICH IS TYPIFIED BY THE PENAL CODE IN THE FOLLOWING TERMS: "ANYONE WHO DIRECTS, ORGANIZES OR PROMOTES TOURIST ACTIVITIES THAT INCLUDE THE SEXUAL USE OF MINORS WILL INCUR A PRISON SENTENCE OF FOUR (4) TO EIGHT (8) YEARS. THE PENALTY WILL BE INCREASED BY HALF WHEN THE CONDUCT IS CARRIED OUT WITH A MINOR UNDER TWELVE (12) YEARS OF AGE." IN TURN, LUCERA MARQUIS BR SAS SUPPORTS LAW 679 OF 2001

NOTE: Fines imposed for any of the violations described above will NOT be subject to any treatment or reduction thereof.

LATE Check-In/Check-Out: In the event that the guest needs to stay or arrive beyond the designated check-in and check-out times, it is the guest's responsibility to inform the host for a different time, if authorized. A late check-in fee of $25 USD will be charged after 2 hours from 7 p.m. A late payment fee of $50 USD will be charged AFTER 30 MINUTES. After 2 hours late check-out, guests will be required to pay a full base day. This fee covers additional resources and time needed to prepare the apartment for the next guest. The guest is not entitled to stay after payment.
